About Us

Brave Horizons was founded by Dr. Alaina R. Foster, a U.S. Air Force veteran, higher education leader, and proud mother of six, including two sons, currently serving, and one son who is a service-connected disabled veteran. 

Drawing on her professional expertise and personal journey, she created Brave Horizons to ensure young recruits and their families have the tools, guidance, and support they need to thrive during military life and beyond. 

We redefine military readiness by equipping young service members and their families with the knowledge, resources, and support systems they need to thrive in service and beyond.
